At Inspire Enterprise, we want your kitchen appliances, office furniture, and gym equipment to reach you safely and on time. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, deliver, and handle shipping for orders placed on inspireenterprise.co.ke.

1. Delivery Areas
We deliver across Nairobi and other major towns in Kenya. For locations outside our standard delivery zones, please contact us before placing your order to confirm availability and delivery cost.

2. Delivery Timeframes

  • Nairobi and surrounding areas: 1–3 business days
  • Other towns in Kenya: 2–5 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, courier availability, or item size (large furniture and gym equipment may require special vehicle arrangements).

3. Delivery Fees
Delivery charges depend on your location and the size/weight of your order. The exact delivery fee is calculated and displayed before you confirm your order via WhatsApp or checkout. There are no hidden charges any delivery cost will be communicated to you upfront.

4. Payment on Delivery
For Cash on Delivery orders, payment is collected at the point of delivery. Please have the exact amount ready where possible.

5. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, our team will contact you via phone or WhatsApp with delivery updates and an estimated arrival time.

6. Large or Bulky Items
Office furniture and gym equipment may be delivered in parts or require assembly. Where applicable, our delivery team will inform you in advance whether assembly is included or handled separately.

7. Failed or Delayed Deliveries
If you're unavailable at the time of delivery, our courier will contact you to reschedule. Repeated failed delivery attempts may result in additional delivery charges.

8. Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours of delivery so we can arrange a replacement or resolution in line with our Return & Refund Policy.
